Day 5: Thursday

Thursday 22/3 – 2012

Today we were divided into six groups that would do some neighborhood analysis. We were group number 1, and we should make an analysis of Brixton. You could describe Brixton as a ghetto in London with a lot of small houses and dirt on the ground. There were a lot of Africans living in the area, but it seems like there was a good atmosphere in Brixton. The people seemed very free in their spirit, and they looked like people who listen to a lot of reggae music.

We agreed with our teachers that we all should meet at Piccadilly Circus when the clock turned 18:45 because our class had to eat together. It was nice, and we could feel each other that we were excited to see what the evening would bring, because we were allowed to be out until two ‘o’clock AM.
